Trash collection is Monday morning. If you`re staying Sunday night, please place the trash cans by the road Sunday evening or early Monday morning.
Pets:
Pets are welcome! A $150 pet fee applies. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the beds, sofas, and out of the pool.
Children
Please supervise children at all times. The property is not childproof, and parents or guardians are responsible for their children`s safety and any damage caused during their stay.
Animals
Feel free to enjoy the animals, but please do not enter the horse paddocks or feed any of the animals.

Great location for our family get together. Slept 11 of us comfortably.Game room was a hit with young and old, pool and dock also great. Communication with Santiago and Bertha was great. We will be back!

Our family loved the property! It is very spacious, the outdoor area was great and the privacy was a plus! Santiago was also very responsive when I had questions! Highly recommend!

Best lake house ever!! So many things to do from feeding animals, swimming in pool, hanging out on the dock, paddle boating, or kayaking. We had the best family vacation ever and we will be returning!! We had all ages and there was plenty to keep busy for everyone! The game room was definitely a hit!
