このロケーションで、1人でのびのび過ごせるスペースがありがたいお値段で提供されています。
特上の学生寮の1人部屋といった印象で、使えるタオルの多さ（大と小６枚ずつ！）とキッチンのシンクが広めなのが高ポイントです。
シャンプー、食器用洗剤、洗濯用洗剤もついているので、「日中は外出なのでホテルほどの設備は不要で、でも1人のプライベートな場所を確保したい」人にはぴったりです。
外にある洗濯機は、夜に使いましたが音は静かです。
細かな部分の掃除は微妙でしたが（押し入れの中のハンガーに黒カビ的なものがついている、ゴキブリが出た、タオルの匂いが気になるなど）、自分で対処するための用具は揃っています。
また、ホストに相談すると大変レスポンスが早く、必要備品の場所を教えてくれるので、掃除や虫、はたまたWiFi接続のトラブルはすぐに対処できます。
個人的には、ホストに相談しやすく自分で対処できるので満足です（逆に言うと、それをしたくない人はホテルを選ぶのが吉です）。

Appartement japonais traditionnel, proche de plusieurs gares, accessible et bien fourni ! Tout est propre , il y a tout ce qu'il faut dedans pour cuisiner, laver ses vêtements etc. Très très bien

L'apartament no està situat a la zona centre, però el barri és molt tranquil, i la zona de residents, gens turística, que és el que buscàvem. El metro està a 5 minuts caminant, i hi ha un supermercat de 24 hores al costat. També té armari, i la rentadora és molt ràpida i poc sorollosa. Té una bomba de calor que ens ha mantingut a molt bona temperatura durant la nit.
Fa falta una taula, encara que sigui plegable i alguna cadira, perquè tot i tenir cuina equipada, no tens on menjar, o sigui que no l'hem poguda fer servir. Els coixins són molt baixos i durs, i nosaltres estem acostumades a altre tipus de coixins, o sigui que aquí vàrem haver de fer algun invent per poder dormir còmodes.
