This was my first experience staying in an apartment rather than a hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely choose this apartment again on my next trip to Milan.
The location is truly perfect — everything you could possibly need is within walking distance, including excellent restaurants, shops, cafés, and some of Milan’s most beautiful places. The apartment is close to the Pinacoteca di Brera and surrounded by the charming atmosphere that makes this neighborhood so special.
The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully suited for a longer stay. It has two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Having so much space and all the necessary amenities made the stay incredibly comfortable.
I especially appreciated how convenient everything was, while still having the feeling of staying in a real Milanese neighborhood rather than a hotel.
This was such a wonderful experience that I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is very good, in proximity of metro station (Garibaldi), train station and tram station, aprox 500 m on foot, 200m to a Italian grocery, 450m to a general store. Nice view from the balcony, the washing machine was a nice addition. We've asked for some extra facilities prior to our trip and the host provided them to us. The place has 2 medium bedrooms, 1 with private bathroom, and a medium living room.
The AC wasn't working at full capacity, one of the bathrooms had a bad smell. The walls and bathroom need some repairs. Be careful of the elevator (which is pretty small), always close all doors. In the interior court there were construction works, so the access and noise was present, but not to annoying. There were no instruction for the Wi-Fi, we had to scan on our own the box behind the door. The information about the 300 Euros safety deposit could have been more obvious!

Good size apartment in great location, near Metro and many bars and restaurants. Fab gelato opposite.
Host not always responsive. Access instructions were complicated. There were no instructions for anything; cooker/washing machine/wifi, inside the property, i emailed host for WIFI code and they responded with incorrect details, and did not respond when I advised them of this, so, no WIFI. One bathroom had a sporadic bad smell.
Be aware-There is a €300 deposit payable before arrival- refundable, but not before 7 days after departure.
