AVOID AT ALL COSTS Total Hell !!!
Nothing !!!
when I arrived I couldn't even get in the building with the code I had, I arrived around teatime it took me about 20 minutes to actually get in the building, I was starting to panic I only got in by leaning over a railing + using my phone to bang on a window to get someones attention as I was battering the door + couldn't get in to open the main door for me,
I never got the room I booked,
I booked Room 10 a large double bedroom with own bathroom.......All Lies room 10 does not have a bathroom I asked the lady who was in it.
My Large double bedroom Room 10 I booked and paid for turned out to be Room 12A next to Room 12B which is actually a single room with a double bed with no room to swing a mouse, no room to move or put anything anywhere,
it is basically a room that has been slit into 2 rooms,
when I said no its Room 10 I booked as I wouldn't have booked that room the lady just said sometimes that happens but speaking to someone else who stayed before she said it happens often people book one room + get another,
the room had no kettle + no facilities there was a small wardrobe with not 1 coat hanger in it,
The place was totally unacceptable I wouldn't have booked it + I want my money back as I only stayed a few nights then had to fork out another £400 for another place to stay,
I had a Yungblud gig to go too the next afternoon + one in the evening too so I was exhausted by time I got to Liverpool + panicked because I could not get in I had my gigs to go too this totally spoiled things for me + I was so busy + out all that day + night so had no time to look for another hotel straight away but it's a total disgrace I'm not happy if I was you booking.com I would not be advertising this property it's totally false + very bad and poor.
