La ubicación es excelente, el alojamiento es silencioso y la atención del personal es muy buena.
Lamentablemente el día que llegamos se rompió la caldera de nuestra unidad y no teníamos agua caliente. El personal se mostró muy bien predispuesto a resolvernos el problema. No obstante implicó tareas de coordinación para el arreglo y pérdida de tiempo para nuestras vacaciones.
Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y no tienen buena ventilación ya que las ventanas dan a espacios comunes.

Il posto è bello, curato. La stanza è comoda e anche il letto. La pace che c’è è impagabile dopo tutto il giorno per la citta rumorosa. Ho trovato molto comoda snche la posizione. Il quartiere è peino di caffetterie e fornai.
All’arrivo ho notato che a terra era un po sporco, tipo è mancato l’aspirapolvere ma fortunatamente era una cosa gestibile. Il resto tutto perfettamente pulito.
Ho avuto un problema con la doccia che non ha erogato acqua calda costante. Fortunatamente è successo solo una volta.

Clean and close to Metro.
Very spacious in the room.
The host Eumir was very helpful, so was the other lady.
Not sure if it is safe to open the windows at night, as I was staying on Level 1 which is kind of half a level above street level.
The shower water pressure was a bit low.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful
The design of the apartment was not practical for example toilet door opening inwards into a small toilet. Hardly any space to move around. Toilet exhaust was noisy and we had to complaint about the fans to get replacement.
