Fabulous walk to station from quiet residential area, to bustling centre of Nakano with hardly any traffic.
Place was very clean and comfortable the only apartment on the floor so noone passed by the front door.
Balcony to the side is great for drying washing and very generous balcony to the front with a big step down.
I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.
The odd siren as ambulance and fire station nearby but there were very few sirens. It is above a pizza shop but I didn't smell the food.

テレビがYouTube、Netflixなど見れれば最高だった。洗濯用洗剤がないので洗濯をする場合は洗剤を買う必要がある

Good location close to bus and train stations. Quieter park of Tokyo more ideal for a residential stay. Clean, modern, well equipped.
