This is more of a 7-star hotel than a 5-star. From the moment of check-in, they treat their guests with first-class service.
There are many aspects of this resort that make it 7 stars. One of the most important aspects was the kids club and the amount they have invested in it to make it a welcoming and fun place. There are many activities, and all of the staff are extremely friendly and good with the kids. My daughter wanted to spend most of her time at the kids club because of how much fun she was having there.
The food served at the main buffet was high quality and well seasoned, from the fish, meat and chicken. They also served food right at the beach. Each umbrella had a barcode to it for the menu, you place the order through the phone and they bring it right to where you are.
The rooms are very clean, and what you see in the hotel pictures is exactly what you get. The staff overall are very attentive to the needs of the guests.
This hotel has really raised my expectations of luxury and service.
