The apartment itself was nicely furnished and appointed with quality necessities to live and function in it.
The building itself is very dirty. They power washed to hallways right before I left so the halls were a little better. While the maintenance gentleman (Elijah) is pleasant and responsive, there are too many things broken down in the building. Upon arriving at the apartment I spoke with Landing because the HVAC filter was so dirty, it appears it hadn't been changed in a very long time and ai have allergies. I also had Elijah replace the stove light in the microwave and one of the Led fixtures in the Master Bathroom because it was burnt out. The HVAC also has a very musty smell when running. The coils must be very dirty, my clothes smelled like I was in a dank and musty basement so I am unsure what I was breathing in.
Security is a concern. Various doors are propped daily with bottles or rocks.
Front entrace - I only remember having to fob into the front entrance once and the rest of the time anyone could walk in without a fob at all hours.
