天満温泉まで歩いて1分。コンビニスーパーも近くて便利。静かでエアコン完備。トイレがキレイ。
築古アパートなので想定内、事前説明もいただきましたが、やはりミニゴキが散見されるのはちょっと残念😅

The room was clean and everything needed to enable breakfast-making etc. was on hand. The hostile was friendly and very helpful. The recommended bathhouse was fantastic and obviously a popular facility for locals who were warm and friendly too.
A few baby cockroaches to deal with each night but travelled in peak summer and it's an old building so expected. Host provided bug killer spray already so just a quick check each time we came home after a day out and nothing else for a comfy night's sleep.

Pretty spacious and convenient location in Beppu.
No shower included or bathtub. There were many small roaches crawling around the floor.
