A refaire 😊

Le calme du lieu. L'accessibilité aux différents transports qui étaient assez proche du logement. Deux salles de bain à disposition. La petite table sur la terrasse/ dans la cour que nous n'avons pas pu utilisé.

Dans l'ensemble, je n'ai pas trop de choses négatives à dire, si ce n' est de faire un effort supplémentaire sur le nettoyage. En effet, tous les points importants accessibles étaient plutôt propres, mais je pense que l'on peut faire mieux pour le reste de la maison : du sol au plafond..

La struttura si trova in zona centrale ma ZTL quindi attenzione con le auto perché si viene multati.

A noi non è piaciuto nulla, le poche cose che sembravano buone sono state azzerate dalle pessime .La struttura sembra pulita a prima vista ma dopo qualche minuto si scopre che intorno c’è POLVERE POLVERE POLVERE e cattivo odore di sporco e di polvere rimasta per anni e anni sopra gli armadi antichissimi, sulle pareti, sui lampadari, sui lumi e sui quadri, polvere filante che scende dai soffitti. Pareti sporche di impronte e di altro, copridivano e coprisedie sporchi,cuscini dei letti ingialliti,pentole e padelle bruciacchiate e unte. Le posate , i bicchieri , le tazze e i piatti su degli scaffali scoperti. Non esiste il divano rosso delle foto e nemmeno il cuscino della testata del letto. Praticamente non sono state rispettate le più elementari norme igieniche.

Мы присмотрели это место из-за расположения на краю зоны для движения автомобилей, но при этом не очень далеко от центра. На этом всё.

Было экстремально грязно, как-будто там не убирались вообще никогда. Не было чистых поверхностей, грязные полы, столы, холодильник, телевизор. На выступе стены комья слежавшейся пыли и это в спальне. Лежали использованные средства личной гигиены (ушные палочки).Мы приехали с детьми поздно вечером и вынуждены были переночевать там, так как уже надо было куда-то положить детей спать. Утром нашли новое жильё и уехали. Почему-то хозяева решили, что уборку можно делать после заселения, а не до и начали нам это предлагать. Вернуть деньги за непрожитое время тоже не собираются.
