Newly remodeled loft-style apartment located in the center of the historic district in Brigham City. All new surfaces, including hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and glass shower enclosures. Electronic access to the building, with security cameras, full commercial fire sprinkler and alarm systems, All essentials within walking distance - groceries, movie theater, restaurants, shopping, personal care salons, etc. Separate HVAC controls and water heaters. All new appliances and fixtures.
Note: This is a historic building with very tall ceilings and a corresponding tall stairway to the apartments. It is not accessible by wheelchair nor can it meet ADA standards for access.

We loved this place. Right in the center of town and 4 blocks from a great Thai restaurant and not far from the Bird Preserve. Very, very clean with great appliances including a washer/dryer. Hardwood floors, well stocked kitchen. Just lovely!! We would definitely stay here again!!

This was the cutest apartment. We were impressed with all the accommodations and amenities. The lights from Main Street are a bit bright during the night, but the location is easy to find and the apartment is very welcoming. Although we had a bit of a juggle to get messages from the host due to the settings on VRBO, the owner owns the shop directly beneath the apartment and we were able to contact her through the store. Darling place.... we would definitely stay again.
