This condo was perfect for a short getaway. My husband recently had back surgery so navigating can be slow. The condo was very easily accessible and the location mid boardwalk ideal. We were able to effortlessly get to the beach and even walked all the way to the end and back on our final day! Condo was clean, comfortable and had a stunning ocean view. The host was easy to communicate and very clear about the rules, expectations and what they provide/what we needed to bring. Bonus was the absolutely best parking spot! The pool is an added bonus but as we had no rain we really only checked it out once. If we are able to return someday I will definitely look to book here first.

This property is located on the beach. Balcony is a plus. In addition, it is very clean with modern appliances. The owner is very nice and will respond to any communications you may send. As an FYI the thermostat is preset and locked at 68 degrees for air conditioning (AC); therefore, you cannot reduce the AC temperature lower than 68 degrees. This may be problematic when the weather is 75 degrees and higher, especially during the summer months. During my stay, 2 days were in the 80s and bedroom remained warm and stuffy. However, a fan would have helped.
