Watch wildlife from two upstairs balconies or gather around the outdoor firepit under star-filled skies. Great for families and groups seeking a true wilderness retreat.



The Space:

Step inside to vaulted peaked ceilings and rustic log cabin warmth throughout. The living room centers around a grand floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace framed by tall windows with river and mountain views. Sink into the couch or armchairs with a board game and coffee in hand. The kitchen features rich wood cabinetry, stone counters, stainless appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and a large island with seating for four. The dining table seats eight for long meals and conversation.

Upstairs you'll find two private balconies with fresh air and forest views, plus quiet reading nooks tucked throughout the cabin. Downstairs, the riverfront deck offers outdoor dining for four and a Traeger smoker grill. Just beyond, a firepit and picnic table sit beside the river for evening s'mores or morning coffee with mountain views. The night sky here is unforgettable.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 has a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.

A third full bathroom has a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.

Dogs welcome with fee. Jump in the river right out back and float 35 to 45 minutes downstream to Leona Park where you can leave a car. Summer brings tubing, fishing, and wildlife watching. Winter opens up snowmobiling, skiing at Mt Bachelor, and cozy fireside evenings. Wild turkey, deer, beavers, squirrels, chipmunks, and birds visit frequently.

🌿 La Pine offers direct access to the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway, with alpine lakes, fishing spots, and hiking trails all within a few miles. Sunriver Resort is a short 15-minute drive north with dining, shops, and year-round activities. Bend is 30 minutes north, where you can explore the Bend Ale Trail, Deschutes Brewery, and the Old Mill District. Mt Bachelor ski resort is about 45 minutes away for winter skiing and summer mountain biking. The High Desert Museum is 25 minutes north with live wildlife exhibits and regional history. Newberry National Volcanic Monument and the Lava River Cave are a 20-minute drive south. Leona Park is about 35 to 45 minutes downriver by tube or kayak. Crater Lake National Park is about 90 minutes south for a stunning day trip.



Getting Around:

Located off Highway 97 in La Pine. Sunriver is 15 minutes north. Bend is 30 minutes north via Highway 97. Mt Bachelor is 45 minutes northwest. The Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway entrance is less than 10 minutes west. Redmond Airport is 45 minutes north. Crater Lake National Park is 90 minutes south.
