James was wonderful and answered all of my questions quickly. The place was very clean and well taken care of. He even left snacks and some amazing cupcakes, which was such a thoughtful touch! We truly loved staying here—it was very comfortable and made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

The home is clean and cozy and as advertised in a rural area but only 15 to 20 min from Richmond and tons of activities. Several wineries are much closer, grocery store 5 min away. What stood out the most to me though was the host! You will never find a more generous, gracious, accommodating host. Great with communication too. Overall a lovely experience

If fishing is your thing, this place seems just the place for you. It's has guest passes to the lake.
The bed was very comfortable. IMO, the kitchen needs better cookware.
