Could not get any closer to the Gondola, Clean, Updated, Quiet (other than ski boots on the stairs in the morning) We met so many people in the ski locker room (very safe) and enjoyed a lot of tips and international conversation. I highly recommend this apartment.
Zermatt is VERY expensive so be aware. A burger is 30francs which is 60$ Canadian (but it came with fries LOL) and a glass of wine is 3.5 oz for 16$ Canadian ouch!!!!! The grocery store (although expensive) is the way to go.

Would have liked initial roll of paper towel and kleenex. Plus an extra roll of toilet paper. NO self serve laundry available anywhere, not even in town. Being a Canadian, we love a large cup of coffee in the morning so larger cups would have been nice. We also like a king comforter, but you get 2 twins which kept falling off the bed while sleeping plus there is no top sheet. All minor and easy fixes.

Incredible location, literally at the base of the main Gondola! Everything inside the unit was super neat and clean, very well equipped unit for cooking, working, and lounging. All the appliances were very polished, the bed was comfortable, and the window had a beautiful view.
Because it's not a hotel, you have to take a taxi to pick up the keys, and then another taxi to your apartment. I wish they had a lockbox at the apartment or just install a digital lock. Same thing, upon checkout, you have to drop off keys at their office. So if you're traveling alone and can't split up so someone takes luggage to train station and another person drops off keys, it's super inconvenient.

You need to be aware that you will need to collect your keys from a different location from your lodging. It wasn't hard to do, but the office is closed from noon to 3pm each day. If you are arriving early or during their lunch time, you need to make sure that you reach out in advance to arrange your key pickup. Given the value of the unit and its amazing location next to the lift, it is such a minor, minor inconvenience. I have been to Zermatt twice now and previously stayed at a normal hotel. Going forward, I will definitely check the availability of staying here again. Super clean, quiet neighbors, great location. I loved it!
Before you arrive, they will send you an email and there is a link in there that you can use if you need to "update the reservation." No update was needed for me, so I ignored it. This link is actually to do your pre-check in registration and pay your deposits in advance. If you don't ignore the email like I did, it makes everything even easier and smoother. It was still fine, but I didn't realize that that is what the email was asking of me.
