We enjoyed everything! We received a door code but not the code to the pool room. After a quick call to customer service, it was resolved quickly and the agent was beyond helpful! Very clean space and very spacious for our group of 12!

I loved how modern the house was and very well lit BUT there are a LOT of things that needs to be fixed.
THE AIR DID NOT WORK! The house was 98 degrees. We all had to sleep in the floor of the basement with fans we bought with our own money from Walmart for the first two nights. The house needs curtains to keep the sun out, the sun made it super hot on top of the air not working. It was a disaster. We were sweating up a storm. The king bed in the master is broken in the middle. My husband wanted to leave early because we didn’t sleep good at all! The bed would sink in the middle causing us to roll in the middle. It was not the best stay. The key pad lock on the door is a pain. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Also, when entering the house, the rail handle on the porch was broken. Thank goodness we saw this before my family members touched the rail. This would have caused a horrible splinter. The lights on the ceiling fans would come on and off by themselves. Even while you’re sleeping in the middle of the night. At 3AM you’re awoken by a bright light in your bedroom. Once we arrived at the house, there was a foul odor coming from the kitchen sink. We realized that the garbage disposal didn’t work. The food from the previous guest was in the sink causing it to smell horrible! We went to Walmart to purchase bleach to pour down the garbage disposal to temporarily get rid of the smell, but it still needs to be fixed. This home is fairly new so I completely understand hiccups along the way. This home would be a perfect fit for a Fall day or Winter stay. I don’t recommend staying in this homes during the Spring or Summer months due to the heat.
