Truly fantastic location! A short walk from the station, just out of range of the noise, yet right next to the just all the stores you could need. This includes restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy store and a laundromat for a dryer.
For the apartment itself the size and the fact it has two bedrooms make it a rare occurrence. The balcony was also rather large. A good rice cooker and all basic amenities such as shampoo, a kettle etc are all available.
The facilities in the apartment were rather dated. The apartment is clearly a little older. The bathroom being the main offender. You could see the water damage on the walls, the door to the bathroom doesn't close properly and the shower head was just okay. That said, everything was functional.
We also had a rough start due to a very foul odor coming from under the kitchen sink. Fortunately the response for this issue was rapid and the problem was resolved the day after.

Very clean apartament, super nice staff and very easy communication. 10mins walking from metro and in the area it is possible to find cafes, restaurants, supermarket. I would definitely suggest this spot to discover Tokyo!
