The property was very clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, just a short walk from Porta Romana Metro Station. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

If you want to enjoy Milan sightseeing and shopping, this place is top. The staff were very welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the little cozy balcony. The kitchen has all the facilities you need. The access to the room was really easy, there was no need for a key. Instead, there was a code that worked for all the doors, which made accessing everything really easy and convenient—you didn’t have to carry a key around with you. Metro was nearby, like 5 mins walk. Restaurants were like next door (some very good ones actually). A supermarket was also nearby, like in the next road 6-7 mins walk. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it!
I didn’t like the fact that the towels were not changed during my stay. I stayed for four days and expected to have the towels replaced at least once, but they weren’t. When I asked for clean towels, I was told that I would be charged €13 for them, which I found a bit disappointing.

Todo impecable, super bien.
Teníamos 5 noches de reserva y por demoras de vuelos perdimos 2 de las noches allí. Enviamos mail al establecimiento para gestionar devolución de días no utilizados y nunca respondieron. Seguimos esperando respuesta.

Lage und Service waren super.
Wir konnten den Balkon nicht nutzen, da niemand im Hotel die Bedienung für den Sonnenschutz gefunden hat. Passte dazu, dass es durch die Klimaanlage nebenan zu laut war und es keine Stühle auf dem Balkon gab.
Zudem haben wir dreckige Wäsche vom vorherigen Gast im Kleiderschrank vorgefunden.
