It was a big, roomy apartment and the bed and sofa bed were both really comfortable.
Also - well resourced in terms of cleaning items and extra towels.
Close to a supermarket to get the essentials
The location was OK. Close to the centre of town but the walk from the station wasn't great and felt a little unsafe. But this was our first time in Florence so perhaps that's normal.
The apartment was a little noisy and you could hear chairs and tables being moved in the apartment above.

Good location , good size apartment , air conditioning in both rooms was perfect . Beds were fine and comfortable .
The TV was playing up, sometimes you could watch something on TV without any glitches sometimes you couldn't . On the last day we realized that the rubbish bins on the street had to be opened by a key card which wasn't supplied. We managed without one eventually.
