This apartment is in a great location for exploring the city
We were a party of 5 and booked the 2 bedroom apartment on the understanding that it accommodated 5 people. I checked TWICE that the extra bed was a proper bed and would be available. I was assured there was a bed and bedding would be left on the bed for us to make up.
When we arrived at the property there were spare sheets on a funny (and broken) fold out contraption in one of the bedrooms. After messaging the host we worked out the spare “bed” was actually a camp bed in the cupboard. There was hardly enough bedding for it and it was definitely not a real bed - which we had booked. See photos - not a real mattress.
The worst part was when we messaged the host he was aggressive and belligerent about the bed, saying he has slept on it and then accusing us of having extra people staying. He did offer to refund our money if we wanted to move out and we would have taken him up on the offer, but it was late afternoon and we could not quickly find somewhere else close by. We had booked and paid for parking close by so moving would have been difficult and expensive.
We moved mattresses around and made do, however the sleeping setup meant my daughter had a sore back both mornings.
The apartment would be OK for a group who fit into the 2 bedrooms. The extra person is not properly catered for.
The apartment is needing more care - poor window coverings let in the light and one of the shower heads is broken. Pillows look about a decade old. Apart from that it’s a comfortable space.

Location is perfect
Outside of the apartment there was a table with tons of cigarettes… it gave a bad look of the entrance… we were kind of scared when we first got there

There were clear instructions on how to get in and what we needed to do when leaving which made getting in very easy. This was great because it meant after traveling we didn’t have to be getting in touch and stressing trying to drop off our bags. The place was nice and large,
comfortable and had everything we needed for the short stay. Also was close to the train station which was great.
There wasn’t anything bad about it really it was just a nice place to stay and was what I was expecting.

Perfect location for a place to stay, so handy for all the shops and restaurants. A lovely spacious flat with an excellent view, also feels very safe and secure. Lots of natural light so the flat is very bright and well lit. The host was very responsive and quick to reply to any messages which was helpful. We would say the flat needs a bit of work, and tlc to improve the stay
There were a few small issues we had during our stay:
Firstly the lift up to the flat was broken - although it is not a fault of the flat itself it would have been nice to know in advance as there are a lot of steps to carry large suitcases up or for anyone who is less able.
The next problem was that any outside noise was very loud in the flat. If you are a light sleeper be aware that you hear a lot of street noise. And the twin room has lots of banging from the stairwell doors.
The double bed is also very loud and squeaky so you can't move without hearing it.
Lastly the flat is in need of some tlc-
the main bathroom door doesn't shut never mind lock. So we had to place a bin in front of it to indicate someone was using it as it was always slightly open.
There is a few things broken around the flat including the lock on the balcony door, so it is always open and the table is so wobbly its not for using.
