Bad! :(

The proximity to central zone.

The apartment is dirty, cold and doesn’t look like in the pictures. The bathroom is dirty, old and dirty sheets, nothing like a soap or bath products. No worth of money that accomodation! Parking just if you can find a free space on the streets nearby. Never again!

Extremely disappointing stay – poor hygiene and unexpected charges Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially because cleanliness and hygiene were our top priorities, which we had explicitly communicated to the host in advance. On the day of our arrival, we were informed of additional charges for late check-in and taxes that had not been clearly communicated beforehand, despite our previous communication with the host regarding our late arrival. The unexpected extra costs were frustrating and left us with a very negative first impression. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment was even more disappointing. The apartment was extremely dirty, the floors were visibly unclean, and the bedding had stains and hair on it, making us seriously question whether the bed linen had even been changed before our arrival. The hygiene standards were completely unacceptable. There were only two towels provided for four guests. Basic amenities such as shower gel and liquid hand soap were missing, and the kitchen lacked even basic essentials. We could not even make a simple cup of coffee. The elevator was also not working, which made accessing the apartment more inconvenient. Despite being charged a cleaning fee, the apartment was not properly cleaned, and there was no towel replacement or similar cleaning service during our stay. We were also charged tourist taxes without anyone requesting our passports or collecting our guest registration details from us. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with this accommodation. The lack of cleanliness, missing basic amenities, insufficient towels, unexpected additional charges and poor overall service made our experience far below expectations. Hygiene was the most important factor for us, and unfortunately, this accommodation failed completely in that regard. We would not recommend this accommodation to others.

Super experience- Wonderful apartment to live with family

Everything I like Kitchen, washroom, living area , home appliances and very wide space for family

Nothing

Good stay in Milano

Frendly staff, location close to the metro station, clean, bright and big apartment, also a clean bathroom, easy check-in and check-out.

Lack of dark blinders in the bedroom; it may be noisy from the street; basic kitchen utensils are present, but may be not enough for someone, who wants to cook a lot.
