Great for big family wanting to travel together! Lots of space to spread out but still allowed us all to have meals together. Baby/toddler supplies were great to have so they didn't need to be packed and brought with.
Board games available and made for awesome activity while waiting on meals or winding down for the night.
Convenient location was great for toting kids to and from Zoo! Any longer of a drive/traffic and im sure there would have been tears.
Yard was not upkept and did not match posted photos, weeds were very tall and pockey so kiddos were getting a bit upset. Few of the guys picked weeds during the stay.
Pool table legs broken, not a big deal but they had maintenance come by after 4pm to look at them. Again not a huge deal but as someone traveling with kids we get very cautious about strangers coming into accomidations without heads up.

Its kind a brand new
Policy on deposit of $1000 and refund after 2 weeks is bit awkward. I would have Travelled almost every place in this world and never seen such policy.If you want to take deposit then make sure customer is refunded within 1-2 days. Almost all major card companies provide instant refunds. Maybe review this for your future customers. Just a suggestion
