The view at 41st floor.
Chris the Manager has been so kind, helpful and patient. I arrived from Thailand with a lot of luggage, and he allowed me to leave some of my belongings there until my return. He gave me a lot of advice. He speaks English perfectly.

La chaleur dans la chambre. La climatisation mise en chauffage par l'hôtel impossible a régler. 28 degres dans la chambre air extérieur 23 degres.

Bona naast het station, veel gasten maken geen gebruik van de gratis hotel shuttle maar gaan lopen.
Ondanks dat het personeel erg zijn best doet blijft het communiceren met een vertaalcomputer erg behelpen. Voor een hotel met deze klasse mag beveel een basiskennis Engels verwachten.

Very nice and upscale accommodations, spacious room with nice beds and good entertainment offerings on the tv. The attached restaurant also has a nice selection at a reasonable price and it’s discounted for hotel guests
The language proficiency was too low for a hotel in this class, although the staff was kind and helpful the constant miscommunications ended up costing both time and money. If you’re staying here either speak mandarin, come prepared or, have a good translator. They are not quite ready to accommodate exploration tourism.
