➤ Use RV-safe single-ply toilet paper only
➤ Close all windows when using AC or generator
➤ Shut off propane & fridge before refueling
➤ Check generator every 6 hours
✓ Pets allowed (with prior approval & extra fee)
✓ Music festivals/tailgating allowed (with extra fee + larger deposit, nightly rate increases to $220–$250+)
★ Pick-Up & Drop-Off Info:
San Jose-Based Pick-Up Location (provided after reservation)
• Weekday Pick-Ups: 4–5 PM (confirmed after booking)
• Weekend Pick-Ups: 3-5 PM (confirmed after booking)
• Drop-Off Time: 11 AM
Late pick-up/drop-off allowed with prior approval and extra fee. Delivery available for an extra charge based on distance and terrain.

Avoid surprises — here’s what incurs additional fees:
⚑ Toll Bridge: Toll cost + $35 service fee
⚑ Speeding: $250–$500 if over 75 mph (GPS-monitored)
⚑ Unauthorized Destinations: $500–$1,000
⚑ Smoking: $1,000
⚑ Festival Cleaning (if approved):
- $1,500 for Burning Man
- $500–$1,000 for other festivals if not deep-cleaned
⚑ Unauthorized Burning Man trip: $5,000–$10,000
⚑ Fuel Refill: $8/gal + $50 service fee
⚑ Propane Refill: $7/gal + $50 service fee
⚑ Sewage Dump: Fee applies if not emptied before return
⚑ Late Return or Pick-Up: Charged as an extra rental day unless pre-approved 24 hours in advance

However, normal signs of use—scratches, minor discoloration, and wear—may be visible inside and out (shower, bedding, sofa, fridge, exterior). These are normal signs of use in a rental RV and do not affect functionality. By booking, you agree to these conditions.
