Absolutely Wonderful – We Would Book It Again in a Heartbeat!
We arrived in Honolulu on 12.09. and checked into Apartment 41 on the 13th floor of the Ilikai Hotel, and we honestly couldn’t be happier.
We’ve been traveling for more than 30 years, and we’ve never written a review on the very first day of a stay before. But this apartment is so unexpectedly wonderful that we just had to share our experience right away.
The apartment is beautiful, very tastefully furnished, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. But the view is what really makes this place special. From the terrace, you have an incredible view over the marina, the harbor, the beautiful bays, the beaches, and the ocean. And tonight, we watched the most spectacular Hawaiian sunset right from our terrace. It was simply magical.
The owner is also wonderful – very kind, understanding, and extremely accommodating. We were able to check in earlier and check out later, which made everything so easy and stress-free. We really appreciated the personal and thoughtful service.
Honestly, we can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you have the opportunity to book this apartment, do it – you will not regret it! It is absolutely worth every cent.
This is exactly the kind of place that makes a trip unforgettable. Hawaii is already beautiful, but waking up and ending the day with this view makes it even more special.
And if we come back to Hawaii, we already know where we’ll stay. We would book this apartment again without a second thought.

Great location!!
Parking is expensive ($45 a day) but you can find parking at the marina for a $1 an hour if you’re lucky
