Non air conditioned room

This place is spacious enough for two people.

There was no air conditioning (never worked), no one really helped us despite reaching them out. The WhatsApp number was only partially active for any service or requests. The bathroom had moulds in the bathing area. I would not recommend staying here unless you are okay with no conditioning for 36° weather. It was not about the remote, the AC did not work and there was no proper assistance because of their restricted response time. I can see them having blue ticks in WhatsApp (which means they saw my messages, still chose to ignore).

Avoid this property. Broken air conditioning, poor cleanliness, torn bed linen, and no support from the host.

1/10 – Very disappointing experience. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning, but the air conditioning did not work. During hot weather, this is a basic amenity and one of the main reasons we chose this property. We contacted the host multiple times and received no assistance. Only much later we received an email asking us to stay in the apartment and wait for someone to repair it. We were on vacation and it was completely unreasonable to expect us to spend our time waiting for maintenance. The apartment was also not properly cleaned. The overall condition was poor, and the bed linen was torn and heavily worn. The sleeping arrangement was not what we expected, as the “bed” was actually a sofa bed. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication and support from the host. When guests report serious problems, they should receive a prompt response and a solution, not be ignored. The property did not meet the standards described in the listing, and we do not recommend it. Very disappointing experience.

Not hygienic. Blood on the mattress. Scammed. Avoid it

Nothing. Bad people, I was scammed and they took my money also if did not stay after checking in because of blood of another guest on the bad.

Hygienic condition were below safe standard with menstruation blood on the bed. Room was not ready and cleaned and I was forced to book an hotel room for the night. Poor service. No response, I requested immediately for a cancellation and the kept all the money + they stealed the tax for a stay that I have never done.

9 / 10Outstanding·May 2026
