It was like going to grandmothers for an evening. Clean and comfortable but a little bit dated.
My only negative comment is that the hired help check in person acted a bit put out about having to check me in.

Property was well kept. Room smelled a bit musty by end of our stay but it was a high humidity time in Nebraska. They took care of our request to have rooms close to each other and on the first floor. A/C was fantastic after a long hot Nebraska day. Lobby area was great for playing cards and games in the evening and front lawn was great for dart throwing bullseye game!
Continental breakfast was a good effort but not much to be desired.

No problems with wi-fi. Comfortable bed: firm mattress, pillows neither too large and solid nor too thin and skimpy. Temperature control worked well on a hot August day. Pleasant and helpful staff, both in evening and the next morning. Good lighting in room, for reading in bed and for working at desk. Hot water arrives promptly at shower; ample flow from shower head.
No in-room coffee. Coffee available in lobby in the morning, but not at all hours.
Temporary bug: the key-card machine wasn't working, so we had to ask the desk clerk to let us into our rooms. But that was just bad luck: on all my previous visits, things have worked just fine.
