We loved our stay at Cholula Condesa. The staff were so kind and helpful with our arrival. Took our bags in early and shared us the spa amenities before our check in. We thought we would have to come back to check in later in the day, but they were able to have the room ready for us hours early once we finished our spa session. It was so helpful for our very busy plans in the day. The location was perfect, just a block away from restaurants and shops of Condesa. We would love to stay here again!

Staff great, cleaners a bit disorganized & forgetful. One dug out trash out of my trash bin and left it on the dresser. Not understanding of that logic.
