The appartement is in a semi-basement so it is pretty cool in the summer time.
Close to downtown, Parc Lafontaine, Olympic Stadium, Laronde and Old port by Subway.
Parking is free on street but there is restrictions on Monday and Wednesday from April 1st to December 1st.

The owner is very nice, easy to work with, answered quickly, was always ready to help. The condition of the apartment is reflected in its price. Parking on the street, so it requires agility. Quiet area. I would like more cleanliness. The kitchen had everything I needed, but the microwave didn't want to spin. Overall, we are not upset by the apartment for our price.
