We booked Midnight Oaks for Texas A&M Graduation weekend. The location was very clean and the perfect spot for out of town friends and family to celebrate our graduate. We threw two separate parties while on the property, where our guests enjoyed the fire pit, hiking the trails, fishing, grilling and more. This is the perfect spot to gather for A&M family weekend, football games, and more. Several of our party-goers referred to it as "a hidden gem". I only wish I had found it before my Aggie graduated.

This home was absolutely wonderful and hands down our favorite Vrbo stay to date. The house was very clean, pet-friendly, and thoughtfully set up to accommodate disabled adults, which we truly appreciated. There was plenty of space for our family of 8, with lots of comfortable seating in the living room for everyone to gather together.The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and there were plenty of blankets to keep everyone cozy. The outdoor space really set this property apart—perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors. We enjoyed the pond, trails, fishing, and peaceful moments just sitting on the dock soaking in the calm, zen atmosphere.This property had everything we needed and more, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
