About this house rental
Brand new home with Pac-Man Video Arcade, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and 3.5 baths with reserved parking. Home is walking distance to Legends Events Center/Midtown Park and right down South College from Texas A&M University (Literally, one turn and you are at the Texas A&M campus...2 miles). The location could not be better for access to all things Texas A&M, tournaments at the Legends Event Center, Top Golf. It truly does not get better than this in Bryan/College Station. Guests love our beds...3 of the bedrooms have comfy KING beds and the fourth has two comfy Queens and a TV. The home also features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Oh and yeah...enjoy the Southern porches and TV in every room (log into your personal streaming accounts)!

Very cute and comfortable property with great access to all the conveniences. Included many great extras such as bath/shower toiletries in case you forget your own, coffee pods and basic coffee supplies, etc. Great when you arrive late and don’t have your own upon arrival. Towels and bedding were plentiful, nice and comfortable. Really great space for groups and large families. Hosts had great communication and were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again. :)

Its a lovely home. We had such a great time there while attending graduation. Definitively will stay there again. Its pretty new, beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms are huge. Kitchen and living room are top notch.

This house was perfect for our family. Clean, kitchen had everything we needed, although we did not cook. The best amenities in any VRBO we have stayed in. Coffee pods were provided, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, plenty of towels. Great a/c’s, ceiling fans, really just a wonderful property! Will book again!
