Escape to our 2-bed, 1-bath retreat in a 9-cottage oasis on quiet Cyprus Ave. Surrounded by lush gardens and swaying palms, enjoy two heated pools and a peaceful setting just a 2-minute stroll to Clearwater Beach. Inside, relax in a bright living space with modern décor, turquoise accents, and cozy bedrooms. Close to shops and restaurants, spotless, and a perfect beach getaway.
We provide all bedding, bath towels, and beach towels for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, including cookware, servingware, microwave, coffee maker with filters, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and salt & pepper.
Each unit includes wireless internet, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. To get you started, we supply paper goods (paper towels, garbage bags, and a few rolls of toilet paper). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items during their stay. Dish soap and hand soap are provided.
For your convenience, there are complimentary washers and dryers on-site

Very cute cottage! The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and town. No coffee filters! Coffee maker needs to have vinegar ran through it ! It was used with no filters before!

We were very disappointed when we arrived because the house looked much bigger in the photos than it actually is in real life. One of the bedrooms has no window, and there is no proper ventilation, making it very uncomfortable to stay there. The windows in the bedrooms and kitchen do not open. The bathroom door does not lock, and there is no exhaust fan. There is only a window facing the backyard, which is a huge privacy issue because anyone using the pool can see inside. A lock on the bathroom door and proper ventilation should definitely be installed.There were also not enough pots and pans to cook with, and the refrigerator is extremely small, so it is difficult to store food for a family.The biggest disappointment was the pool. I was shocked to find out that the pool and backyard are shared between 9 different apartments. I specifically booked a house with a pool because I expected it to be private for my family. When I called the host, I was told that the backyard and pool are shared, but this information was not clearly stated in the VRBO listing. Instead of understanding my concern, they insisted that it was mentioned, which made me very frustrated.In my opinion, this place is only suitable for a couple or maybe two friends. It is simply too small and uncomfortable for more than two people to stay there.Overall, I feel that the listing photos and description do not accurately represent the reality of the property.
