An authentic and private retreat, it is also the perfect base for exploring some of Tuscany’s most fascinating destinations: San Gimignano and the surrounding villages (30 min), Siena (40 min), Volterra (50 min), and Florence (1 hour).
The cottage features a spacious private outdoor area and a furnished veranda, perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner outdoors while taking in the atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside.
The property is very spacious and also includes the main house, in front of which you will find the swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
Pet Friendly: up to 2 pets are welcome free of charge.
Free parking is available within the property.

Independent cottage of about 70sqm with covered veranda and barbecue. Washing machine in separate compartment. Kitchen with hob, sink, fridge. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 children and double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Veranda furnished with table and chairs, air conditioning and wifi. Animals are welcome.Parking on site.
The following might be to be paid extra: Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax, Utilities.
