From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by water views. This Bayfront complex is also bordered by a tranquil canal. As you stroll down the open-air corridor to your unit, the sights and sounds of the bay, gentle waves, seabirds, and salty breezes—set the tone for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful place. Beautiful condo.Clean. Host was fast to answer any question we had. Only one small issue—only two washcloths for three people for four days I’m sure if I had contacted Gary he would have accommodated our need but we chose to get buyCondo is furnished with top shelf dishes, cookware, furniture. All the neighbors were very nice and helped with anything we askedThank you We will be returning next year

Rooms were decorated so cute. Airy and beach themed. Plenty of extras provided if needed like beach chairs, wagon and fully stocked kitchen. Loved it! Safe, quiet area and we can’t wait to book again!

This property was the perfect stay for my teen daughter and me! We came into town for the Ocean’s Calling Music Festival and couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything was spotless and in pristine condition.The bedroom offered plenty of storage space, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were great. My teen kept raving about how surprisingly comfortable the pull-out couch was—it was definitely a win! The condo appears newly renovated with modern updates and tasteful décor throughout, and I especially appreciated the cute little single-serve coffee maker for my morning pick-me-up.Getting to the property was easy, and the location is fantastic—there’s a grocery store and a nice coffee shop within walking distance, along with other convenient amenities. The condo is on the 5th floor, which is great if you’re into getting your steps in, but don’t worry—there are two nice elevators if that’s not your thing.Parking was plentiful, and the views of the Assawoman Bay were absolutely stunning! We didn’t use the pool, but it looked beautiful from our balcony. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for—comfortable, convenient, and memorable. We’d definitely come back in a heartbeat!
