It was amazing and they provided everything for a comfortable stay

The space was clean and quiet

Not what I thought, unfinished, stuck in 1989

The location near Tremblant and the stores from the city is really convenient. Cozy environment with trees all around. The place smelled nice because of the frebreze wall scent

Few pictures from the site led us wrong. Looked clean and recent, but its looked old and few amenities. Mold on the shower wall, clock held with a thumbtack on the wall, no battery inside. Doorframe with cracks and drywall missing. Nothing on the backdoor to cover the glass door. Smoke alarm on the ceiling unscrewed and falling down (but still functionnal). Could easily hear people in the upstairs condo. Fan blades were crusty with dust as if never cleaned. Entry chairs of the condo looked dirty. Only one chair on the patio. Wood deck needs to be refreshed too

Poor manager

I stayed at this property from 5 August (Wednesday) to 7 August (Friday). Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation and the service provided were very disappointing. During our stay, we experienced several problems: - The toilet flush was not working properly, and we had to fix it ourselves. - We reported the problem at night. Although we understood that no one was available to come at night, the issue could have been attended to the following morning. - There was a TV/card setup in the room, but the required cable was missing. Management did not provide a cable, so I had to drive out and purchase one myself. - There was no tissue/toilet paper provided. This is a basic item that I would reasonably expect to be available in hotel accommodation. - The bathtub was missing its drain/plug cover. I raised these issues directly with the manager, Umair. Following my complaint, Umair told me that he would provide me with a refund if I gave the property a good rating on Booking.com. Relying on what he told me, I submitted the requested feedback/rating. However, after I did so, the promised refund was not provided. Umair subsequently stopped responding to my messages and eventually blocked my phone number. I find this particularly concerning. My complaint is therefore not limited to the poor condition of the accommodation and the lack of basic amenities. I am also concerned that I was offered a refund in exchange for providing a favourable rating, and that after I provided the rating, the promised refund was not honoured and communication was cut off.

It was decent, we appreciate that we were able to stay there and explore more of Mont Tremblant.

We liked how close by it was to many different things. It allowed us to do more adventurous things than we originally planned.

It was a bit confusing getting into the place with the limited description of the location of our room but we were able to figure it out. We didn’t like the code system that much, we do enjoy contactless check in and check out but we didn’t really enjoy our experience with it this time. We did have someone come into our room while we were still in bed.. my partner and I were left confused and assumed it was cleaners (we hope that was the case) but if not, a lock on the door would’ve made us feel more comfortable since someone was able to access our room at anytime since they had the code.
