I had a goood sleep here, bed was very comfortable after a long day of walk. The location is safe and staff are very very accommodating and helpful! The toilet is within the room and very clean. The kitchen has plenty of food and drinks for you to get for free! đđ bless them
Stairs! But not and issue since the staff helped me with my luggage đ¤

Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, sempre atento ao nosso bem estar. Quarto sempre limpo diariamente, a localização excelente , próxima do Metro, bus, na corso Buenos Aires. Super recomendo.

The location - it was close to the bus station, so it was particularly easy to reach walking, which was important to me as I arrived with a late flight and left with a very early flight. The room seemed new and pretty luxurious - the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was insane - very clean and stylish (there was marble!). The mirror had a light, and you don't get this everywhere. In terms of interior, this was probably the best hostel room I've ever stayed at.
I don't know how to categorise it, but it seemed absolutely outrageous to pay a higher price for a women's-only room just because I am one. Apparently, I had made a reservation for a male-only room, and this was not flagged prior to my arrival (in booking.com, I've marked that this reservation is for me). I arrived (tired) at midnight at the hostel, and the receptionist told me I had to pay the difference. When I asked her why I had to pay a higher price to stay in a women's room, she said this is the policy of the hostel. Cancel.
