Personale gentile e disponibile. La reception è H24. L’albergo occupa diversi piani di un palazzo quasi fatiscente, ma le camere sono completamente nuove e moderne. La posizione è centralissima a due fermate di metro dalla stazione centrale.
L’ingresso ti spiazza perché sembra un palazzo desolato, sporco e c’è sempre qualcuno che fuma dentro.

Location is ok. However, as it is cannot seen from the main road, the taxi driver is difficult to find the hotel.
As the main building is now under maintenance, outside building is a bit dusty.

The play area was great and the views too. There were two rooms. A kitchen. A large fridge, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff sent us food recommendations and they were great.
The bathroom was all united (no separation between wet and dry areas) and the toilet was a squat one. It's ok but would have liked to know it in advance to consider it as a trade off. The building and hotel was quite hard to find on maps on trip.com for example and communication was a bit hard with the stuff through translation - for some reason harder than with other hotels. Finding breakfast nearby was a struggle and the hotel didn't offer any as they are more aparthotel rather than a hotel. The building was quite dated but I suppose that was real city China as opposed to the polished hotels we see.
