Very outdated. Rust on baseboards and other appliances. Chairs were taped after previous reviews. Bugs on balcony along with a pile of sand. Sliding door was extremely difficult to open, you have to lift it just to get it to move.

Disappointing maintenance
We really liked the location. The views were beautiful and the street was very family friendly and quite.
I rarely leave reviews but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and maintenance of the condo. The chairs on the patio had rusted legs which cut my daughters foot and were so dry rotted they kept breaking each time we sat in them. There was an exposed outlet without a cover. The dryer vent was not connected to the dryer. The bedroom shutters were broken. There were multiple spots with peeling paint. There is a large gash on the wall next to the sliding glass door that kept dropping material from the wall onto the floor each time the door was used. Multiple baseboard heaters were covered in rust and the baseboard trim in the main bathroom was peeling off. There was a strong smell of mold in the kitchen drawers and under the sink. Finally, the condo was not thoroughly clean. There was a thick layer of dust on the kitchen cabinet doors. The top of the refrigerator was very dirty and there was a thick patch of dust between the refrigerator and stove. The condo felt like it hadn't had a deep clean in years. I contacted Vue Stay which manages the condo and they came out quickly. They removed the 4 chairs on the patio and replaced them with only 2 new chairs. They also placed an outlet cover on the exposed outlet. There was a carbon monoxide detector plugged into that outlet that started chirping after the outlet cover was placed on. After inspecting it, we discovered that the batteries in the carbon monoxide detector were corroded causing it to malfunction and it probably wasnt working the first few days of our stay. The other issues were beyond repair and needed to be dealt with after my stay. I was told that someone from guest relations would reach out, no one ever did. Ive been back and forth with Vue Stay through email and phone calls for 2 weeks. They finally informed me today that they felt that they solved the issues of the chairs and outlet covers therefore they offered no refund compensation.
