You can tell the apartment hasn’t been professionally cleaned, they didn’t give much info about parking, they asked up to take the sheets off the bed and take the trash out ourselves.

The apartment was spacious, with large bathrooms in each bedroom, allowing for privacy if traveling with friends or 2 couples. Being on the 7th floor, there were good views in 2 directions.
Communication was iffy from the start, with only vague info on parking when asked. Check-in codes / instructions weren't provided until the exact check-in time of 4pm. I had to request wifi network and password separately. Neither bed had a flat / top sheet. Given it is highly unlikely the comforters are washed between each guest stay, you will be covering up with a "dirty" comforter against your body and face. As other reviews noted, the kitchen is lacking, with only 2 coffee cups and a couple water glasses. There is a large kitchen island, that serves as the dining table (there isn't another table), but it only has 1 stool. Free and safe parking on the street was hard to find, so I parked in the building, which cost $80 for 2 nights. Finally, at $200/nt for the apartment, I don't want to be required to perform maid duties before checking out (remove sheets from beds and take garbage out).
