Frida nos atendió super bien! Llegabamos tarde en la noche y ella se ocupó de coordinarnos la recogida en el aeropuerto y nos esperó despierta para buscarnos a la entrada del casco antiguo donde nos dejaba el taxi. Tambien nos enseñó la ceremonia del te, nos dió buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes y nos indicó donde alquilar la moto eléctrica para ir a recorrer los pueblos de alrededor. También ofrece coordinar tours si se prefiere. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos caminando de la puerta sur, en una zona comercial pero sin ruido. La habitación esta bien amueblada, tiene buenas vistas y está limpia, y hay jabón y shampoo de cortesía. En la habitación tambien hay aguas y hervidor, y nos ofrecieron limpieza diaria aunque por la cantidad de días nosotros no la necesitamos. La atención fue excelente!
Como detalle pequeño: La flor de la ducha no tiraba tanta agua así que usamos el duchador. El inodoro estaba separado con una mampara de vidrio transparente en vez de una puerta.

The accommodation was really great. It was inside the ancient town directly. I even got a free upgrade of my room and had a bathtub inside my room for the first time ever I guess. Also got a nice flower cake when I arrived, very nice gesture. The owner speaks good English and is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend to stay here.
Had a problem finding the location as Amaps led me to the back entrance. Neither the front nor the back entrance have a sign that says Frida's Inn. Maybe it would be helpful to have them on both entrances. :) Otherwise nothing to complain.

Friendly staff, super responsive. They have a washing machine and they provide complimentary luggage transportation service out of ancient city as the stone pavement here is not ideal for a big luggage.
Location is hard to find because its at a corner. I would prefer a normal towel instead of disposable towel.
