The staff, their professionalism and the facilities made it a great stay. A special shout out to Issa, who helped make it an even more hospitable environment.
The breakfast was plainer than expected - often just a simple egg with toast and a small banana and coffee - but I'm not too fussed about it at this price point.

The price ,and hospitality was really good, I appreciate the support they gave me throughout my stay.
The room condition was actually exceptional , given I was in a shared room and used shared bathroom.
The Ac was working well
The height of the double decker beds is a bit limiting, for tall people they risk hitting their heads when they try to sit.
So if you are a bit tall you can't sit on the bed properly.
I suggest they add some chairs inside the shared rooms for people to sit

The place a centrally located.
You need to throughly read the descriptions, it may seem as the place is a contained studio, but no it is a small room with shared bathrooms with everyone at the hostel.
I had challenges with payment, the guy at reception gave me a link to pay and i made a payment on the link and money was deducted from my bank, however they later said they did not receive the payment because the link i was given was wrong and would only accept TSH and not USD or neither would it convert USD to shillings, the lady who came later was rude and instead i should make another payment immediately i told id just need to check with my bank and request a refund despite this being an error on their end she was rude, i ended up paying another payment and was left to chase my bank because of their error.
Theres no breakfast as shown(unless if it has been removed at time of you reading this).
There’s no backup power, you stay in the dark during the long power cuts be careful.
It is not for the value i paid for.
