You`ll have private access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and shared laundry facilities. On-site parking is available for $12 per night plus tax, subject to availability.

- On-site parking is available for one vehicle at a rate of $12 per night plus tax
- Pets up to 50 lbs are welcome with prior approval

- The building receives a mandatory monthly pest control service during normal business hours. If access to the apartment is required during your stay, we will notify you in advance. This service cannot be declined
- Mailbox access is not available. If you plan to receive packages during your stay, please schedule deliveries accordingly
- Parties and events are not permitted

A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of the house rules may result in charges against this deposit. Any applicable charges will be documented and shared with the guest.

Property was as listed, but there were several small things that needed to be addressed. The shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall and kept falling, the batteries in the remotes for the AC and TV were dead, there was a broken drawer front in one bedroom’s dresser, the floor mat in the bathroom was horrible and there was always a shortage of hot water; these are just small and annoying things but they would be very easy to correct and make a stay much better.
