First of all, like I read in other post, this hotel is very simple with dated rooms. The shower is tiny! We were comfortable. There are no amenities. We had a great view from our room.
This hotel has very steep stairs, no lift. Be prepared if you have bad knees!
We went during the summer, therefore we had the window open. It is loud outside, lots of talking and traffic.

Its what you'd expect for a cheap hotel. Would recommend if you're on a budget and don't mind being in a slightly tired building.

This is lovely little place. It is basic but in a beautiful old building, has everything you need, helpful staff, and a great location. The stairs are the traditional narrow, steep Amsterdam house stairs but the staff very kindly kindly helped my move my suitcase! Would stay again
