Great location and parking

GREAT Location, especially if you are going to the convention center. The amenities were really good too. We appreciated the complimentary 24/7 valet parking. The whole loft was also very spacious for us. Also easy cleaning instuctions.

Only two elevators for 9 floors so plan for that when checking out.

Terrible property in an even worse area, very unsafe and unhealthy. Pictures are deceiving

Absolutely nothing, the unit had a terrible odor and the building was riddled with homeless people. Stay far away from this place, don’t let the pictures fool you.

The building is old and has a terrible gas odor. There are homeless people and drug addicts throughout the building both inside and outside. There is a long walk from parking to the unit. I didn’t even spend the night and left immediately as the odor is unbearable and unsafe. This place is unsafe and dangerous and the host will say anything to get your money. It is in a very bad part of downtown, it’s the Butler Brothers building just look it up. Do not let the pictures and listing description fool you. Avoid anything at this address if you care about your health and safety.

Overall enjoyed my stay, would stay again

The location was perfect for commuting to my conference. I was solo but it offered plenty of beds for group accommodation. Valet parking was a plus.

Beautiful apartment but location was sketchy.

It was beautifully decorated. Inside it was perfect.

Location. People were sketchy and I was scared most of the night. There was fighting at 2am in the hallway and I was afraid to leave in the morning. Make sure you’re not alone and it’s great!
