New, nice, clean. Well stocked for our 3 night stay. Easy check in and out. Location was fabulous we walked (our preference) to many places and we felt safe doing so.
Walls a bit thin. We heard a bit too much neighbor noise in the early morning hours.

Location
No housekeeping service. Room had food on bed. Staff placed me on hold for 5mins on the phone (younger girl, called to ask for room change as the bed was not cleaned with left over food under blanket). Called again after room change and asked for new towels but never came so we have to go out of the hallway and find housekeeper.
