The area is close to everything.
Train, busses, centre.
If you have car is next to the streets to go everywhere you want.
North, South, east, west.
At about 20-30 min to St. Emilion, Margaux, Pauillac, Medoc.
For sure I will return as I visit Bordeaux frequently.

Good location easy for the tram to get into the centre of bordeaux and airport, and there was a supermarket, cafe nearby. we received helpful emails from Victor.
Trying to get into the property via the key lock that was attached to the fence was difficult. It was extremely hot with only one fan. It could have done with more than one fan to cool the appartment, We had trouble sleeping as it was hot. During our holiday we received insect bites on consecutive days as well. We found the tv difficult to work.

Car parking space. Outside area. Tram right outside the door and supermarket literally just across the road. Nice restaurant nearby - Fellini’s.
Car park not for the claustrophobic !
