Upstairs, a dedicated kid-friendly space is perfect for game nights and winding down after a day at the beach. A washer and dryer and a dedicated workspace round out the home for longer stays.
Ocean Vista Paradise sits directly across the street from the ocean, with the beach just a short stroll away — guests consistently describe it as about a 5-minute walk. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park is 2 miles north, the European Village's shops and restaurants are 5 miles south, and several golf courses are nearby.

Quick response from the property manager. Very clean home. Plenty of room to spread out & relax. Location is quiet, close to the beach. Comfortable beds & plenty of bathrooms. Having access to bicycles was nice too. The maintenance man was very friendly & helpful. Will book here again.

The title of the listing says "Brand-new" ocean view home. Yes, there is a beautiful ocean view, it is steps to the beach, and I'm sure it was brand-new at one point. It's a nice home. The beds were comfortable (though the sheets could use replacing). The kitchen was a nice, but was less than average stocked as compared with other beach homes we have stayed. Especially if you are a group that enjoys to cook - we ended up going out instead of cooking due to this.
The most disappointing part was that we had no internet the whole time we were there. Yes, there was a hurricane that came - but it came on Thursday. We were there since Sunday and reported the internet outage. The tv cable service was also through the internet (DSL). So we had no television. We went through all the data on our cell phones in the first couple of days. I hope they get it fixed for their next guests.
We would consider returning to this property as we loved the location. The house met our needs. It was close to the beach. Several nice locally-owned restaurants to choose from (Rodie's, Bronx House, Captain's BBQ).
