Enjoy upscale coastal living in this gated La Jolla home, ideally located just one block from La Jolla Village and minutes from Windansea and Marine Street Beach. This peaceful retreat offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, and shops while comfortably hosting up to six guests. Inside, the home features a welcoming living area with leather seating and a flat-screen TV, plus a chef's kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a six-burner gas stove. A private back patio with a gas grill provides a great space for outdoor dining after the beach. All bedrooms are upstairs. The primary suite includes a king bed, cozy sunroom, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms each feature queen beds and share a full hallway bathroom. A half bath is located downstairs. Additional amenities include in-home laundry, free WiFi, and dog-friendly accommodations (up to 2 dogs).

Location is great. I might actually think of renting again. Points i wish to share that would make the place better:Address for the property is hidden, look below the mailbox.The front room chair needs replacing it is broken, my husband nearly fell.Had to report broken toaster.There could be more towels and linens.The washer is weird, it doesn’t spin as expected.Kitchen utensils need to be replaced.A refresh would make this place a standout.

Everything was ok. It was clean. The parking was good. The furnishings were pretty random as well as decor. The kitchen was sparse honestly. the living room furniture needs replaced as do the washer and dryer. There was no real hot water in the Master shower. I have travelled all over the world and feel like just a little more attention to a few detaills would really help.
