This cozy home is located just steps away from Wind and Sea Beach and features 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms, along with 2 bathrooms, creating a flexible layout ideal for families or groups. Inside, you'll find gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a relaxed open-concept design made for unwinding after a day at the beach. Step outside to a fully enclosed yard with a hot tub, gas grill, and inviting outdoor space for total relaxation. Beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, and towels, are provided for easy coastal outings. Additional conveniences include streaming-ready entertainment (Netflix available), washer and dryer, and private off- street street parking. Please note that there is no A/C in this home, but fans are provided for comfort.

Property is great location and accurately noted- we really enjoyed our stay! The weather was wonderful so the outdoor patio and hot tub were a true highlight. (Only issue was outdoor trash bins were already full on arrival for a holiday weekend so it was difficult to dispose of our trash.)

Location is great...one block from the beach and lovely La Jolla location. Dog friendly is great and appreciated. Hot tub needs help...needs cleaning and to be hotter. Otherwise, nice property, efficient layout, and as advertised. Thank you!

Great location, nice backyard and manager was very responsive to any text or requests. No closet in master bedroom. Found belt and beverage can under bed. Pair of sweats and t shirt in Chester drawer. Had issues with dishwasher. It would have been nice to have a welcome book with instructions on how to work everything.Overall it had a great location and you have to figure if it is pet friendly not going to have the finest amenities. Beds were very comfortable
