Good location very close to Metro and set within a gated community. Lots of food options close by and small supermarkets. Very safe.
As a westerner did not expect one toilet to be crouching type. The kitchen also lacked utensils, cups etc - this could be a Chinese thing as we experienced it in all our accommodations. The photos tell a different story - the flat looked very tired.

The view from the room was spectacular and the location right next to the train station.
Room was not at all like the pics. We were in room 27-02 and it needs some work. The biggest problem is the bathrooms. The one toilet was leaking the entire time and the other placed on top of a squatting toilet so also not clean. The bathrooms do not smell good. Foreigners also need to be warned that you cannot flush toilet paper as it blocks the system. The second bedroom also only has a very hard bed and not a soft mattress. Kitchen also was unusable with no utensils and also no rubbish bin. Towels and toilet paper not replaced.
