The positive: great view, location, large fridge, hanging clothes rack, washing machine, the AC is good, and all the staff are nice.

Opportunities for improvement: pillows (weird crunchy things inside), mattress (really needs replacing like the pillows), kitchen (only a kettle is available), flickering lights, automatic light leaving the apartment does not work (use your phone), fresh towels (most were stained).
As it’s a gated property, until the security guards recognise you, be sure to have the information needed to give them for access.
It’s nice being this side, easy access to walk to various shops, and the river.
It would have been so much nicer to also have lamps in the apartment.
The water pressure is great, however, the drainage is so slow, that in the ensuite bathroom, you end up standing in a bath tub of water while showering, and in the other bathroom, you’re standing in a Roman bath while showering (gets very slippery, be mindful). We had hot water two days out of six; and no hand towels were provided. The exhaust fans only blow hot air in.
One of the toilet seats kept moving; I think it was the incorrect fit (plus they smell).
Also, the tv projector was crooked (and blurry) and we could not make it straight; and be mindful you receive 30 minutes of wifi for watching tv via casting.
